Recently I had the opportunity to have two onsite interviews with Google. There has been a lot of learning and passing this learning to anyone interested is the goal of this article. Whether you are interviewing for Google, or just being curious you might find something for yourself in this article. I will not share the exact questions that were asked, but will provide the resources needed to pass the technical screening for both roles.

Knowing the exact questions that were asked in one interview is useless in itself. But, having access to many questions that were asked across many interviews is useful. Some platforms are mainly made for that, I will refer to one of them in this article.

Round 1: Google Product Analyst Interview

It all started with me sending an application for a product analyst position at https://careers.google.com. I got an email from a recruiter 10 days later, and we scheduled a video call one week after that.

The next step was the technical screening, I asked for two weeks of preparation and I was granted them. The technical screening is not particularly difficult. Anyone with relevant experience and the right preparation can pass it. I trained mainly on Interview Query and HackerRank.
